books-near-beach

So I was going down the rabbit hole of a Reddit thread

There was particular post that I came across that had a user asking for books that an aspiring digital nomad must read.

Of course, a lightbulb went off and I thought, my readers might be interested in that too!

Not everyone here is already a nomad, and even if you are, you’re going to love these 5 picks. And so you don’t actually have to pay for the books, I found a service where you can access them for free!

1. Lonely Planet’s The Digital Nomad Handbook - This one’s like your Swiss Army knife for nomadic life. From packing lists to top destinations, it’s got everything you need to kickstart your digital nomad journey. Plus, it’s written by folks who’ve been there, done that, and got the WiFi password. 📶

2. The Over-40 Digital Nomad - Think the nomadic life is only for the 20-somethings? Think again. Kevin Casey’s got the blueprint for how to globetrot like a pro, even if you’re starting a little later in life. Perfect for those who believe adventure doesn’t come with an expiration date. 😃

3. Digital Nomads For Dummies - Why work from home when you can work from, well, anywhere? Kristin Wilson’s guide is a no-nonsense, step-by-step playbook for anyone thinking of taking their office on the road. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned traveler, this one’s got the goods. ✈️

4. Becoming a Digital Nomad - This book is your ultimate roadmap to making the digital nomad lifestyle a reality. It’s packed with practical advice, real-world examples, and worksheets to help you every step of the way. If you’re serious about the nomad life, this is your go-to guide. 📋️

5. Work-from-Home Hacks: 500+ Easy Ways to Get Organized, Stay Productive, and Maintain a Work-Life Balance While Working from Home! - Let’s face it, working from home has its challenges. Aja Frost’s collection of over 500 hacks will have you mastering the art of productivity without ever stepping into an office again. Perfect for digital nomads who need a little extra help staying on track. 💻

If you want to access these books for free, I found a 30 day free trial offer for Everand, an online home for books, audiobooks, podcasts, magazines, newspapers, and more. You can redeem the offer and read (or listen) to the books of your choice at no cost to you during the trial period.

Hopefully one of these book picks resonates with you, and if you read any of them let me know if you liked it! 📖
